How do you save time at doing the repetitive tasks?

When you're already loaded with work, you don't want to bother too much with tasks that are repetitive. Mainly things like keeping your agenda up-to-date after a days work and many meetings. Or making a to-do-list of the tasks for the next days after the many rapports you will also have to write after all the client calls or meetings.
